This subway employs a rude possibly violent man that gets upset if you don't want what he wants to give you. Very unprofessional and rude when he can not hear what your saying because he proclaimed to not hear well. Acts like its customers fault.

It's subway, so if you go, you already know what you're getting. But the staff is awesome, super quick even if it seems like a long line, and it's open late and early, so excellent place to pack up that sandwich for a fishing trip (just ask and they'll separate the condiments for you so it's fresh)

I write this review not with any specific subway in mind, but as a restaurant chain as a whole. I recently had my first sub after an almost 2 year long hiatus, the same thing I’ve ordered since I was 8 years old, when I suddenly realized something. This place hasn’t changed one bit. I began to muse about the fact that even as everything in the numerous years of my life has changed in one way or another, subway is still exactly the same. Come what may, subway is a constant in a world that is always fluctuating. That’s a comforting fact, I think. Their sandwiches are pretty great when you’re in the mood for subway. There really isn't need for a review tbh. If you haven’t ever been to subway in your life, I think it’s time you start reevaluating some life choices.

Eat lunch every day. Fast and friendly and the dining area is always clean. Definitely one the best subways around and the breads are always amazing.

Even though my only concern is getting my sandwich, the staff was very curtious and customer friendly from the moment I walked in. I actually decided to stay and eat my sandwich there rather than take it to the beach. These Subways along A1A are the most convenient places to stop to get something to eat which is both convenient as well as healthy to eat at the beach. These high volume Subways are clean and the food is fresh since it turns over so quickly. Beware of the other fast food places in the same area otherwise a nice day at the beach could turn into a long day in the bathroom!

I love coming to this Subway. Im a local from around Cape Canaveral. There's always some one there with a smile on their face. The dining room is always neat and tidy. I love the subs like always. I'll definitely be returning. I love that it's right next to so many other attractions. #EatFresh

wow! We just stopped in by the door and tried to wash our hands before ordering. Before we could navigate ourself, Laurie, the staff yelled "the line started right there" as if we (intentionally) was going to cut the line. I thought it was very rude. We left upsetting. Went down the road and ordered from the one in Cocoa Beach. Much better service.

I ordered my food online at 12:45 and it was to be ready at 1:10... I'm now sitting here watching you make an entire restaurants worth of food and not ours. Rediculous. Trying to respect your covid rules so we order online and there's 20 people in your restaurant ordering as normal while our food isn't done. Disgusting

I first went to the subway nearest to the Cape Canaveral Jetty park. They had some guy ahead of me ordering 4 subs. So i went inside. 1 guy trying to figure it out. I asked if he was the only one working. He said the other person was Mopping the floors. Where has service gone? I went to the subway on A1A abd there was 10 people all inside all eating and drinking . The woman was cheerful and made my subs right away. The girl working with was talking with me about her life and I related. It was fast and pleasant. Very good too. We had 2 meatball subs. Delish.

On a Sunday night with 4 groups of customers waiting and the ONLY worker dealing with a door dash driver, after waiting 25 minutes to give our order. We found out they were OUT of what we wanted!! We don't blame the SINGLE worker, she was doing her best. There should have been at least 2 people working, and the food prep should have been better. We left and went to the Port Canaveral store, where they had 2 workers and well stocked food. It will be difficult to choose this location again. Very disappointed.

Don't know if it was just because it was early or what but ordered my sandwich looked and made great but when i went to check out i get told the card machine is down after having to wait already because she was doing something on the register not acknowledged very well or asked any other questions stood there for over 5 minutes waiting to check out somehow. By the time i just said forget it and paid with cash because i wasn't waiting any longer for the card machine i paid and left. My sandwich ended up being cold (had it toasted) and wasnt as enjoyable as id hoped. Really need to work on communicating with customers and if you make them stand there for over 10 minutes to check out find a way to make things better. Worked at subway for over 3 years I know mornings can be difficult specially with computer issues and opening duties but never pur customers last.
